President Bush Lauds U.S. Military Tsunami Response

President George Bush lauded the United States’ military response to the tsunami disaster on Thursday, January 13th, and said that the military is doing a great job providing aid to those in need.
“Our military is making a significant difference in providing relief and aid and help and compassion for those who have suffered," said President Bush.
Over 15,000 U.S. troops are in the region.
“I can assure you that [the help the military is providing] has been greatly appreciated.”
